Shahjahanpur

Mission at Shahjahanpur began in 1967. A property with the existing house was bought in 1967, and till 1976 Eucharist was celebrated in a Chapel. From 1976 onwards, liturgical services are celebrated in St. Mary's Anglican Church. Franciscan Clarist Sisters (FCC) were invited to help in the mission field of Shahjahanpur in 1974. In the same year, St. Paul's School was founded in the same compound. Sisters of FSM congregation having opened a school and convent at Chinour and are helping in pastoral and educational activities of the Parish since 1996.
