Chorgallia

The existence of this mission goes back to 1947 when a few Punjabi Christians bought land and settled down here. Till 1973, it was visited from Kathgodam. The land where the present Church, Priest's residence, Convent and School stand, was bought in 1972 and Fr. Salvadore became the first resident Priest. The Sisters of the Queen of the Apostles were invited to help in the school and to run the dispensary.
